By using the VDP Systems, Inc. Software or the Application, you agree that:
• You will not copy, or distribute the Software or other content without written permission from the VDP Systems, Inc. management;
• You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information as required for the Service and for the purpose of the insurance provided by the VDP Systems, Inc. management and undertake the responsibility to maintain and update your information in a timely manner to keep it accurate, current and complete at all times during the term of this Agreement.
• You agree that VDP Systems, Inc. may rely on your information as accurate, current and complete. You acknowledge that if your information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete in any respect, VDP Systems, Inc. has the right but not the obligation to terminate this Agreement and your use of the Service at any time with or without notice;
• You shall not employ any means, methods or schemes to defraud VDP Systems, Inc. Management or enrich yourself, whether fraudulent or otherwise, and be it through any event, promotion or campaign launched by VDP Systems, Inc. to encourage new subscription or usage of the Service by new or existing customers or through normal use of the Service;
• You agree that your use of the Service will be subject to VDP Systems, Inc.’s Privacy Policy or the Data Privacy law as may be amended from time to time; and
At VDP Systems, Inc., our dedication to quality is paramount. For designated fixed trips with either a pickup or drop-off at tourist destinations, a fare adjustment is applied. This step is taken to ensure consistent service levels and to support local communities. The revised fare will always be displayed on the app prior to confirming your booking, guaranteeing transparency and well-informed choices.
At VDP Systems, Inc., we prioritize the safety and convenience of all our passengers and drivers. In the event of misuse of our services, including unruly behavior, violation of local regulations, or provision of false information, we reserve the right to cancel the booking.
Please note that a cancellation fee will be charged in such cases to cover any inconvenience caused to our drivers. We appreciate your understanding and adherence to our policies, ensuring a pleasant experience for all our users.
1. Acceptance of Terms: By accessing and using the Terminal Booking Dashboard ("Dashboard") provided by VDP Systems, Inc., you ("Partner Hotel") agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Usage: The Dashboard is intended for booking vehicles for your guests. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
3. Booking Process: The Dashboard allows Partner Hotels to book motorbikes, tricycles, and cars for their guests. All bookings must be confirmed through the Dashboard to ensure proper vehicle allocation.

5. Payment Terms: Commissions are processed and credited on a monthly basis, subject to accurate and timely reporting of bookings.
6. Account Security: Partner Hotels are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities under their account.
7. Liability: VDP Systems, Inc. is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the Dashboard or vehicle bookings.
8. Modification of Terms: VDP Systems, Inc. reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Dashboard constitutes acceptance of any changes.
9. Termination: VDP Systems, Inc. may suspend or terminate access to the Dashboard for violations of these Terms and Conditions.
10. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Philippines.
